About
From zero-waste patterns to zero-waste systems. At WasteLessFashion, we specialise in circular strategies and zero-waste innovation. Founded by Natascha von Hirschhausen, recipient of the Federal Ecodesign Award, we combine creative excellence with deep technical expertise in sustainable product and system design. Our approach transforms sustainability from a marketing claim into a measurable design principle. By reducing material waste to less than one percent — compared to an industry average of around twenty — we set a new standard for responsible production.
With experience spanning collaborations with hessnatur, educational partnerships with PARSONS – The New School, UDK, Bauhaus Weimar, and Fashion Revolution, we bridge innovation, design, and strategy to work with organisations to future-proof the fashion industry. We work with brands, manufacturers, and institutions to develop circular design systems, build internal capacity, and translate regulatory requirements such as the CSRD into creative, actionable design solutions.
